Bronze Team
| Level 1A | Age 6 and under swimmers. |
| Level 1 | Age 7 and under swimmers who have passed the Red Cross Level 4 standards or equivalent and must be 5 years of age before Sept 1, 2010. These swimmers will be taught all 4 strokes, starts, and turns over the course of the Winter Season. |
| Level 2 | Age 10 and under swimmers who are capable of swimming all 3 strokes legally. These swimmers will keep improving on their strokes, starts, turns, and start learning how to use the pace clock. |
Silver Team
| Level 3 | Age 10 and under swimmers who are capable of swimming all 4 strokes legally and are Regional and State-caliber swimmers. These swimmers will keep improving on their strokes, starts, turns, and pace clock usage, but will start learning about aerobic training and how it works into race strategies. |
| Level 4 | Age 8 and over swimmers who are Regional and State Qualifier swimmers. These swimmers will learn more about aerobic/anaerobic training and how it relates to practices and races. They must show desire and dedication to become State qualifiers, State Top 16, or Far Western qualifiers. |
| Level 5 | Age 10 and over swimmers who are State Qualifiers that have the desire and dedication to take it to the next level, Far Westerns or Top 8 at the State Championships. |
Gold Team
| Senior 1 | 12 and Over swimmers that have the desire and dedication to take swimming to the next level, Far Westerns and above. |
| Senior 2 | High School swimmers that have the desire and dedication to take it to the next level, Sectionals, Junior Nationals and Senior Nationals. |
